Neil is proud to be a Principal Physiotherapist of Bundaberg Physiotherapy Centre. Neil's Physiotherapy career has had the opportunity to be involved in numerous local sporting teams and competitions, such as the Bundy Bulls State League basketball, ATW Premier League Soccer, Brothers First Grade Rugby League. Martin Giles
Principal Physiotherapist
“My passion lies in assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal injuries, providing education, hands-on treatment, and therapeutic exercise to restore function, relieve pain, and improve quality of life. The greatest reward comes from helping people recover, regain confidence in their movement and being able to return to doing what they love to do.” Marty completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in 1997 and brings over 28 years of clinical experience. He is proud to be a Principal Physiotherapist at Bundaberg Physiotherapy Centre. He has a strong sporting background, with a long history supporting local sporting teams and athletes, including Bundaberg Basketball (2000–2016), Gymfinity Gymnastics (2015-2025), Bundaberg Swim Team (2021-current), Elliott Heads Surf Life Saving Club (2016-current) , Shalom College QISSRL (2023–present), and Across the Waves Junior Rugby League (2022–present). Marty enjoys regular gym & resistance training, surfing, offshore fishing, COFFEE, red wine (especially Mclaren Vale Shiraz), various music styles (classical, movie themes, country, Seattle grunge), travel, and following his children’s sporting commitments all over the place. Now celebrating his “middle age” status (but not through Facebook), Marty has an understanding of the need for preventative measures and maintenance of healthy life practices which can help establish a good platform for health in later life. Through some personal experience combined with his physiotherapy knowledge, he can provide understanding and assist patients also at this stage of their life. Having trained in a gym-based setting for his personal fitness for the last 25 years, he believes in the importance of ongoing resistance and cardio-vascular training for everyone but also the need to adapt this to your abilities and age while modifying to accommodate any injury status. His motto in this regard is still “when it comes to exercise and healthy eating, there is no such thing as a day off”. Key Areas of Expertise Marty has a comprehensive knowledge of all complex MSK, Vestibular, Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Physiotherapy and is also an excellent mentor within the clinic with a strong emphasis on patient education and long-term recovery outcomes.

Chloe Bargenquast

“The world of Physiotherapy is much bigger than just the one you see if you've had a sports injury. After one treatment session the patient was pain free. The realm of Physiotherapy and the different ways it can positively impact people’s day-to-day lives is so much more complex than what is assumed. Chloe has a background in dancing and uses her knowledge and personal experiences in life to educate and treat her patients with care. When she isn’t in the clinic? Chloe is super busy with her ‘ranch’, being a mum, tending to her bees and chickens, and cultivating fresh home-grown fruits and vegetables.
