When using our Online Booking Service you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
Services
Our Physiotherapy clinic provides full Musculoskeletal and Sports Injury Physiotherapy, Women’s and Men’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy and Rehabilitation Services. All Physiotherapy services are provided by registered, qualified and certified clinicians. By making this online booking, you are confirming that you have read and understood the description of the chosen service, as well as the associated fees. We will still see you at your scheduled appointment, even where you may have booked under the incorrect service type. However, your consultation fee will be inline with the service you receive.
Accounts
We are a private billing practice and fees are payable at time of your consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa. If we are required to bill through an employer, WorkCover, NDIS, DVA or insurance company, you will be required to provide claim/reference numbers, medical certificates, and approval details. If the claim is rejected, you will be liable for any outstanding amount.
Private Health Insurance
We accept all major Private Health Fund cards and rebates are processed at the time of your consultation by swiping or tapping your Private Health Card. If your Private Health Fund does not pay part of your claim at time of processing you will be asked to pay the full fee and we will provide a copy of your Tax Invoice so you can claim privately.
Non-Attendance
An appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We respectfully ask that you provide a minimum of 2 hours’ notification if an appointment will be missed. A fee of $50 may be applied for non-attendance with no notification. This fee can we waived when we are provided with at least 2 hours notice of the cancellation. If you are cancelling your appointment 24 hours prior to the booking time, you can use the link in the email you received confirming your appointment. Please otherwise call the clinic to cancel any bookings that you no longer require.

Please ensure you have provided all information as requested within the fields when booking online. You will be sent confirmation your booking either by SMS or email. You will also receive an SMS reminder the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please contact the clinic if you do not receive a booking confirmation.
