WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR

Treatment consultations are booked at 30 minute time slots or up to 45 minutes on subsequent visits if your physiotherapist thinks your condition is complex or extensive enough to necessitate a longer treatment duration time. Your physio will take a detailed history of your condition and then conduct a thorough physical examination so that an individualized treatment plan can be formulated. They will discuss how they think your condition might be most appropriately treated and then, with your consent, start treating you. Comprehensive electronic medical records are kept of each visit to the clinic.

If your physio considers that another treatment session might be necessary to more comprehensively manage your condition, this will be discussed with you. Each of our physiotherapists has a waiting list of patients and therefore are not in anyway interested in over-servicing you. If a follow up session is suggested, it is purely with the intent of achieving a better outcome for you. Subsequent visits are normally booked a week or 2 in advance or sooner if the acute nature of your condition necessitates this. At our clinic you will receive only the treatment your need and none that you don’t.
