ALL Private Patients with or without Health Insurance : Department of Veterans Affairs White/Gold & TPI: EPC referrals: Motor Vehicle Accident/CTP Claims : All Workcover Injuries : Pre Functional Evaluations : NDIS : Pensioner/Health Care Card Concessions.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
As a Private Patient You DO NOT need a Doctor's referral to attend our Physiotherapy Centre.
Workcover & DVA Patients will need a referral.
Simply call us on 07 4153 6644 and speak with one of our receptionists to arrange and appointment time that would suit you.
DO YOU ACCEPT WORKER'S COMPENSATION CLAIMS?
YES, we can treat patients with work cover injuries. With the correct paperwork, claim number and Doctor's referral will can submit your treatment charges to WorkCover directly to prevent you being out of pocket.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT
Simply give us a CALL.
We are a very busy clinic and we understand that things can change. If you realize that the appointment time is no longer suitable for you just give us a call to reschedule. We allow changes up to 2 hrs prior to your appointment. We charge a non attendance fee for unadvised non-attendances.
