FAQ

Will I receive treatment at my first appointment?

Yes. In most cases, treatment begins during your initial consultation. This may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and advice tailored to your condition.

Do you treat dizziness and vertigo?

Yes. Our physiotherapists assess and treat many causes of dizziness, including Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) and vestibular disorders.

How many appointments will I need?

This depends on your injury, goals and how your body responds to treatment. Your physiotherapist will discuss an expected treatment plan after your assessment and this will be revised as your treatment progresses.

Do you offer dry needling?

Yes. Several of our physiotherapists are qualified in dry needling. Your physiotherapist will determine whether it's appropriate for your condition.

Do I need imaging before seeing a physiotherapist?

Not usually. Most musculoskeletal conditions can be accurately assessed without imaging. If your physiotherapist believes imaging is required, we'll discuss this with you and, if appropriate, liaise with your GP.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily during your assessment and exercises. We have gowns and exercise shorts if needed.

If you're unsure, don't worry, we'll make sure you're comfortable throughout your appointment.
