“I love being able to help people to become more empowered and comfortable in their own bodies through education and movement. Sometimes small, simple changes can make huge changes in day-to-day life and improve overall quality of life.”
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and completed additional postgraduate study to achieve a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy in Continence and Pelvic Health. With 13 years of physiotherapy experience, including 8 years specialising in Pelvic Health and Continence, Sarah brings extensive knowledge and experience to her role at Bundaberg Physiotherapy Centre.

When she isn't in the clinic...
Sarah is proud to Captain the Bundy Bears and is considering making her AFL comeback in 2026 with Across The Waves. You may also find her on the sidelines supporting the Across The Waves teams and helping with strapping when they're desperate enough!
Sarah is a passionate sports fan, following Hawthorn AFL and AFLW, the Boston Celtics and Seattle Storm. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing, although raising a toddler and managing a busy work schedule has temporarily put that hobby on hold. She also keeps active with CrossFit, powerlifting, HYROX, running and walking her dogs.
A keen traveller, Sarah has visited more than 30 countries and even hiked to Everest Base Camp.
