Kaysie Florance

Associate Physiotherapist

B. Phty (Hons) (5962271X)

“I am passionate about helping people build confidence in their bodies, improve movement quality, and work toward their goals.”

Kaysie graduated locally from CQUniversity with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with First Class Honours and has been a valued Physiotherapist at Bundaberg Physiotherapy Centre since 2021.

Kaysie's passion lies in helping people move well, recover with confidence, and build long-term strength and resilience. Many of her clinical interests stem from her own experiences and include sports injuries, neck pain and headaches, hypermobility, paediatrics, hydrotherapy and strength-based rehabilitation across all age groups.

Kaysie particularly enjoys working with athletes of all ages and abilities, post-operative clients and people with additional needs, including those living with cerebral palsy, neurodivergence and developmental disorders. She has a strong interest in biomechanics and helping people move efficiently so they can perform at their best, whether in sport or everyday life.

With an extensive sporting and coaching background, Kaysie brings a unique perspective to her treatment approach. She competed as an elite gymnast before injury ended her gymnastics career and led her into coaching, where she became an advanced gymnastics coach. She has also been involved in football, kickboxing, dance, cheerleading, CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, going on to represent Queensland in weightlifting. Kaysie is a qualified Weightlifting and Sports Power Coach and is actively involved with the Bundaberg Weightlifting Club committee.

When she isn't in the clinic...

Outside of the clinic, Kaysie is a self-confessed coffee addict who enjoys training in the gym, spending time with her two German Shepherds and following rugby league.
